How to gather Connection Broker logs

There are two ways of generating a Leostream Connection Broker Technical Support Package to submit to our support team.


Connection Broker Web Interface

If your web interface is working, great! You can download the technical support package files from the Connection Broker web app, using the 'Download Technical Support Package' link at the end of the left side menu.



Connection Broker CLI

If for some reason you are unable to access the web interface, login to the Connection Broker console as a sudo user via your preferred SSH tool. Once logged in, run the below command

sudo su - leo

You will be presented with the below menu:

Use your keyboard to select Log > Logs, and you should see the destination of your .zip file:
Note: The file path may differ based on whether you're running version 9 or version 202x of the Connection Broker
