Using the Connection Broker Web UI
Login with an administrator account to your Connection Broker and navigate to >Resources>Desktops to find the desktop you want logs for. Once found, select "Edit" and a new hyperlink appears in the bottom left-hand side of the page labeled "Download this desktop's Leostream Agent log"
On the Agent Desktop:
Windows: Navigate to C:\Program Files\LeostreamAgent\logs to find the LeostreamAgent.txt file
Linux + macOS: Navigate to /var/log to locate the leostreamagent.log file
